Defective Items or Items Broken in TransitĀ
Defective items or items that were broken in transit can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.Ā
āDefectiveāĀ means there is an issue with the productās packaging, the item was broken in transit, is unfit for its purpose or has passed its use by date. DefectiveĀ does not meanĀ the product caused an adverse reaction or allergy.
We will be responsible for return shipping costs if a defective claim is confirmed.
In cases of defective returns, we will provide a replacement item where available or a refund / credit note at our discretion if the product has been opened / used.Ā
We will re-ship any replaced or repaired items using standard shipping regardless of the shipping method of the original order.
Unwanted, Opened or Used ProductsĀ
We do not offer refunds on unwanted, opened or used products, or change of mind purchases after your order has been picked for processing by our warehouse.Ā

All items that are discounted (On Sale) or marked down are final purchase (except in the case of defects described above).Ā
Please Note:
Coupon discounts, as well as shipping and handling fees from your original shipment, are not refundable.Ā
If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from any store credit to be reimbursed to you unless your items were defective.Ā
If any items are returned to us for reasons other than being defective or broken, we reserve the right to deduct the re-shelving fee issued to us by our warehouses.Ā
How Long Will My Return/Refund Take?
This depends on which country you are returning your products to us from.Ā
As a general guide:
AUSTRALIAĀ
For returns via post, products typically take 2 to 7 business days to reach us. Once our warehouse receives your return, it will be processed within 4 to 7 business days.
USĀ
Products typically take 5 to 7 business days to reach us. Once our warehouse receives your return, it will be processed within 4 to 7 business days.
Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 days to clear any funds back into your account.Ā
