Order Delivery Process

  • All orders are processed and packed within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday or on a weekend will be posted the next business day (i.e. the following Monday).
  • As soon as you place your order, you will receive an ‘Order Processing’ notification email from us. Please check to see if this has been redirected to your “junk email” inbox.
  • Once your order has been packed and sent by us, you will receive an ‘Order Complete’ notification email.

Tracking Your Order

  • For US Orders
    • US orders ship from our warehouse in Boise, ID* via USPS
    • We will follow up with tracking details as soon as they are available.
    • Standard Shipping: $9.90 USD 
    • Free Shipping: Available for all orders over $50 USD 


  • For Australian Orders
    • All orders will be sent via Australia Post or Sendle, depending on your location.
    • If you need your order quickly, please choose express post at the checkout
    • Standard Shipping: $8.50 AUD 
    • Express Shipping: $15 AUD 
    • Free Standard Shipping: All orders over $60 AUD
    • Free Express Shipping: All overs over $150 AUD 


  • For NZ Orders
    • All orders will be sent to New Zealand via Australia Post 
    • Standard Shipping: $16 AUD
    • Free Shipping: $100 AUD and over 


  • For Korean Orders
    • All orders will be sent via Korea Post 
    • Domestic Standard Shipping: W 3,000 
    • Domestic Free Shipping: For all orders W 50,000 and above 


  • For Orders to All Other Countries 
    • Your order will be sent from Seoul, South Korea OR from Australia (whichever is quickest) 
    • All orders over 2kg will be sent with tracking using Korea Post’s EMS service or Australia Post's international service and take approximately 1-2 weeks to be delivered
    • Orders under 2kg will be sent via K-Packet with Korea Post. Parcels are sent via air and take approximately 1-5 weeks to be delivered
    • Standard Global Shipping: $20 AUD 
    • Free Global Shipping: Available for all orders over $100 AUD 


  1. Delivery times can change depending on the time of the year (i.e. Christmas, Easter, Lunar New Year, Chuseok and Thanksgiving are peak delivery periods).
  2. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, marked “Returned to Sender”, marked “delivered” but are missing or packages that are delayed in transit.
  3. Our prices do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for international orders. Please take these into account when ordering. 
  4. All customs fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
  5. We reserve the right to ship your order from a different warehouse if there are any delays to our usual warehouses. In all cases, global tracking numbers will be provided.
